[Alert] This cooking oil gives you CANCER!

There are some things that just sound a lot better than they are…

You know, like sugar-free dessert or non-alcoholic beer.

But the biggest bait-and-switch of all time is vegetable oil.

I mean, it’s made from vegetables, right? So it must be healthy…

Yeah, not exactly.

Vegetable oil is loaded with chemicals and all sorts of other toxins that make it absolutely poison for your body.

Studies have proven that it’s bad for your heart and brain.

Now it looks like vegetable oil could give you cancer, too.

A new study out of the University of Massachusetts looked at mice given vegetable oil that’s typically used to fry foods.

And, boy, was it a freak show…

Their colons were inflamed and leaking… and started sprouting tumors.

That’s absolutely terrifying. But then things got even worse.

On account of all the gut leakage, the mice started getting bacteria and other dangerous toxins in their bloodstreams.

All from a little “healthy” vegetable oil…

These problems occur when the polyunsaturated fatty acids, or PUFAs, in vegetable oil get oxidized. They basically become like wrecking balls in your body.

Razor blades… cigarettes… a hobo’s finger.

These are all things I’d rather put in my mouth than vegetable oil.

As far as cooking oils go, stick with olive oil. It’s chock full of antioxidants and is naturally anti-inflammatory.

I also like grass-fed butter or ghee. (Your hipster neighbor was right… for once.)

And ghee actually helps FIGHT cancer, instead of feeding it.
